New chapter for bake culture

I started this blog to share my bake work but due to work commitment I have to take a break. But in the meantime I have started new chapter under the banner of bake culture. Bake Culture officially now owned baking ingredients supplies store. Our shop is located in Alam Budiman Shah Alam. Address as below: No.3, Jalan Pulau Lumut P U10/P Alam Budiman Seksyen U10 40170 Shah Alam Our operation hours: Mon - Sat: 9:00am - 9:00pm Sunday: 9:00am - 6:00pm Insyaallah I will from now on start updating this blog once again - to share 101 on bakings, tips, proven and tested recipes and many more. wedding cake

This wedding cake was ordered by a friend for her niece's wedding.  The top tier is buttercake with strawberry filling and bottom tier is a mixture of 2 types of chocolate cake (mud cake and extreme choc cake).

Thanks Norita for the order.  She is very happy with the design and especially the taste!
